He was predeceased by: his parents, Avelino Gonzalez and Catalina Flores Figueroa; his wife Maria "Toñita" Gonzalez; his granddaughter Sheyla Ayala Gonzalez; and his siblings, Petra Gonzalez Flores, Carmen Gonzalez Flores, Bernardino Gonzalez Flores, Dennis Gutierrez and Diana Perez.

He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Farrar (Paul Farrar); his granddaughter Veronica Rivera Gonzalez; and his siblings, Carlos Gonzalez Flores and Belen Gonzalez Flores.
