She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Curtis Miller and Claris Helena Miller (Britton); her daughter Brenda Lee Cozart; her siblings, Charles, Joe, Thomas Miller and Shirley Thompson; and her grandson Christopher Cale.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Cooper; her children, Charles Cozart Jr. (Stacey) of Rockton, IL and Lisa Cale of Newburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Madison, Charlie, Ross, Levi, Naomi of Rockton, IL, Colby and Autumn of Reedsville, WV..
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wv National Cemetery (42 Veterans Memorial Ln, Grafton, WV 26354).
