He was predeceased by: his friends, Grant Felton and Terry Delauder. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Andrea Sutyak (Mark) and Matthew Moore (Charity); his grandchildren, DJ, Lauren Sutyak, Lilly, Marion and Ezra Moore; and his friends, Steve Stewart and Mark Sturgill.
