He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Scott Cramer and Margaret Louise Cramer (Riggins); his wife Eva Jean Cramer (Thomas-Kelly); and his siblings, David H. Cramer, Jimmy Cramer and Sarah Cramer-Wolfe.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Melvin Kelly (Karen) of Bowling Green, KY, Michael Kelly of Terra Alta, Donna Sypolt (Steve) of Terra Alta and Leonora Wilt (Larry) of Oakland, MD; his grandchildren, Marc A. Kelly (Danielle), Melynda Allen (Nicki), Lynn Johnson (Nicole), Stephanie Bowling, Kelly Friend, Stacy Barr (Matt), David Kelly (Katie), Doug Kelly (Jessica) and Michelle Dixon (Jonathan); his siblings, George Cramer of Terra Alta, Terry Cramer of Terra Alta and Mary Rodeheaver (Marvin) of Albright; and his caregiver Annie Ringer. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.
