He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Lambert; his wife Linda R. Severe (Mulliken); and his sister Brenda Severe. He is survived by: his children, Stacey "Jesse" Severe (Kate Johnston) and Joshua "Josh" Severe (Alma May Severe) of Terra Alta; his stepgrandchildren, Shayla Uphold and Jasmine Uphold; and his siblings, Debbie Dumire (Ronnie) of Eglon, WV, Leona Wilson of Oakland, MD, Larry Wilhelm of Oakland, MD and Steve Wilhelm of Orville, OH..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Terra Alta Community Building (301 N Toy St, Terra Alta, WV 26764).
