He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Wayne" Evans and Nora Evans (Opel). He is survived by: his children, Jacob Wayne Evans of Terra Alta, Josiah Foster Evans of Terra Alta and Malachia Rhea Evans of Nashville, TN; the mother of his children Christina A. Evans (Werdebaugh) of Terra Alta; and his sisters, Susan Evans of Corinth, Kimberly Stahl of Oakland, MD, Bonnie Evans of York, PA and Kelley Evans of Bel Air, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
