He is survived by: his children, Todd Fraley (Erica) of Sedalia, MO and Terri Chiriboga (Carlos) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Carlos Antonio Chiriboga, Javier Chiriboga, Seth Marshall Fraley (Reese), Cate Eisenmenger, Libby Eisenmenger and Beckett Eisenmenger; and his great grandchild Shepherd Fraley.
