He is survived by: his parents, Orval James Mason and Lillian Fern Mason (Short) of Kingwood, WV.; his daughter Gracie Marie Mason; his sisters, Yolonda Leane Newbraugh and Melissa Diane Morris; and his uncle Luke Short. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
