He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil A Ferrebee and Zelma H Ferrebee (Summers); and his siblings, Orvis "O. C." Ferrebee of Wellington, Andrew "Bud" Ferrebee of Maysel, Earl "Jim" Ferrebee of Valley Fork, William Paul Ferrebee of Maysel, Virginia "Jenny" Blankenship of Harmony, NC, Annie Davis and Almeda "Bea" Burdette.
He is survived by: his wife Justine Ferrebee (Mullins) of Elkview; his sons, Kevin Ferrebee (Teena) of Newark, OH and Anthony Ferrebee Elkview (Teresa); his siblings, Woodrow "Dickey" Ferrebee (Patsy) of Clay, David J Ferrebee (Virginia) of Spencer, Helen F Cottrell of Wallback and Jane Burkhamer of Wallback; and his grandchildren, Brian Farabee of Utica, OH, Melissa (Josh), Anthony B Ferrebee (Alexis) of Elkview and Noah Ferrebee of Elkview. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, one great- great grandchild and Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Smith Funeral Home (154 Main St, Clay, WV 25043). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Summer/ Ferrebee Cemetery.
