She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Phelps (Thomas Phelps) and Tiffany Thomas; her stepson David Smith (Jeanie); her pets, Prince, Lilly and Pumpkin; her siblings, Ruth Mazzie, Gaye Wiseman (Eddie Wiseman), Wanta Montague and Jamie Javins; and her grandchildren, Breanna Shaffer (Luke), Cody Hinzman (Hannah), Destiny Lattea (Anthony Facemyer), Dakota Lattea and Khloei Lattea.
