He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lester and Eulalia "" Paugh (Hawk) of Virginia; and his siblings, Helen Strawser, Charles "Jake" Paugh, Herman Paugh and Daisy Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Paugh (Arnold); his daughter Bethany Cangley (Mark) of Thomas, WV; his grandchildren, Sydney of Thomas, WV, Seth of Thomas, WV and Emerson Cangley of Thomas, WV; his great grandchild Iestyn Bolinger; his siblings, Clarence Paugh and Frances "Bib" White; and his nephew Scott Paugh. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
