He is survived by: his children, Steven O'Neill, Karen O'Neill Speed and Patty Kay D'Arcangelis (Joesph); his grandchildren, Ashley Coates, Josh Coates (Melissa), Philip D'Arcangelis (Abby), Lisa Jeffcoat (Will), Gary Pase and Laurel Pase; his great grandchildren, Claire Coates, Joseph Coates, Ryli Plunkett, River Jeffcoat, Tucker D'Arcangelis and Raya Jeffcoat; and his siblings, Howard O'Neill and Mary Rathbun.
