He was predeceased by : his parents, Pete Oliver and Louise Oliver; and his siblings, James Oliver, Louie Oliver and Mary Jane Pendry.

He is survived by : his wife Debbie Nutter; his children, William Oliver (Jessica) and Stephanie Bess (Randall); his grandchildren, Andrea Bess, Aubriana Bess, Alaya Bess and Henry Oliver; his sisters, Sara Morris, Connie Kearns, Janice Bowen, Louise Stiltner (Roger), Virginia Nuckols (Jack), Gina Hauser (Doug) and Libby Bass (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Pendry, Linda Rose (Jim) and Susie Bratt (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
