She was predeceased by : her parents, Orie Lee and Anna Alice Smith (Wozniak); her former life partner John H. Shupp Jr.; and her brothers, Donald Smith, Orie Lee Smith, Jr. and Richard Smith.
She is survived by : her husband Howard Dale Ashby; her children, John H. Shupp III (Tracy Johnson) of Elkins and Kelly L. Fulton (Ed) of Thomas; her grandchildren, J. Brandon Shupp (Kira), Kristen Shupp (Justin), Alexis Baker (Dylan) and Kordell Fulton (Ashlee Huffines); her great grandchildren, Autumn, Brinleigh, Braylee and Barrett; and her sisters, Kathy Kuser and Mary Bender.
