He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Pratt and Sara Elizabeth Pratt (Pyles); his wife Freda J. Pratt (Constable); his sons, Jeffery L. Pratt and Rodney L. Pratt; his granddaughter Shelly Newbraugh; and his siblings, Dorsey, Charles, Howard Pratt, Wilma J. Martin, Nellie Cochran, Ruth Pitman, Bettie DeLaney and Anna M. Liston.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda L. Newbraugh of Thornton; and his close friend Kathy Clemens. He is also survived by four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wv National Cemetery (42 Veterans Memorial Ln, Grafton, WV 26354).
