She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Murray and Kathleen Simpson (Bolyard); and her husband L. Darwin Wolfe. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael Wolfe, Tracey Clarkson, Matthew, Thornton, Dr. Lorn A. Wolfe, MD, Tammy, Amy Persons and Dr. Claude "Ricky" Jr.; her grandchildren, Malissa Villarreal, Xavier, Ethan Wolfe, Christina, Emma Rankin, William "Bill" Clarkson, Tori, Lorn "Grant" Wolfe, Anna Wolfe, Autumn Wolfe, Benton Wolfe, Kristopher Tusing, Hannah, Zackary Tusing, Grace Persons, Claude "Clay" Persons III, Zoe Persons and Josiah Persons; her great grandchild Tate Rankin; her siblings, Cathy Cook and Julius Simpson (Pam); and also, Patricia Wolfe and Shannon Wolfe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The lying in state was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bolyard Funeral Home & Cremation (79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV 26410). Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Zion United Methodist Church (5171 Sinclair Rd, Moatsville, WV 26405).
