He is survived by: his wife Sherri Thomas; his children, Tisha Shaver (Daniel) of Nitro and Scott Thomas (Felcia); his grandchildren, Jake Graves (Gracie) of Tornado, Lyndsey Graves (Jacob) of Cross Lanes, Haley Lozner (Matt) and Gretchen Thomas (Brooke); his great grandchild Sloane Lozner; and his caregiver Jennifer.
