She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Edwards and Delores Shumate Edwards; her husband Michael Kesner; her grandson Cory Carr; and her sisters, Sharon Marcum Smithson and Charlene Williams Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Carr of Maurertown, VA and Amy Madigan (Dwayne) of Edinburg, VA; her grandchildren, Andy Carr, Thomas McGuire, Shelley Coleman and Austin Madigan; and her siblings, Gary Edwards, Phillip Edwards, Kathy Kershner, Janet Mines and John Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations of sympathy be made to Hospice of Southern WV, 456 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
