He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Joshua Lipscomb and Lula Pearl Hoffman Lipscomb; his daughter Theresa Lipscomb; the mother of his children Marilyn Lipscomb (Mongeon); his wife Catherine Lipscomb (Willey Lemieux); and his siblings, Billy Ray, Dale Lee, Roy Allen, Ervin Lipscomb Jr., Robert Lipscomb, Arbutus Moran, Shirley Snider, Dorothy Williams, Violet Lavern Lipscomb and Nancy Hines.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Cooper (Lipscomb), Patricia Cronin (Lipscomb), Cheryl Glidden (Lipscomb), Brenda Thibault (Lipscomb) and Carl Lipscomb Jr.; his stepsons, Carter and Karl Lemieux; his grandchildren, Stacey Valencia (Glidden), Jeremy Cooper, Donald Glidden, Stephanie Deberry (Thibault), Alyssa Jones, Andrew Thibault, Owen Lipscomb, Heather Thebodo (Lipscomb), Issac Cronin, Emily Jones and Katie Lemieux; and his siblings, Larry Lipscomb of Tunnelton, Jerry Lipscomb of Farmington, Arthur Lipscomb of Kingwood, Donald Lipscomb of Morgantown, Virginia Snyder of Morgantown, Joretta Stone of Kingwood and Phyllis Stewart of Fairview, WV.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was a dedicated member of the West End U.B. Church on Raccoon Valley Rd; where he served as an important contribution to the "West End Little Band.".
