She was predeceased by: her parents, Steen "Bud" Sapp and Lalah Maudie Sapp (Stull); her husband John William Spiker Sr.; her grandson Noah Daniel Spiker; and her siblings, Susan Sapp, Kevin Sapp, Kenneth Sapp, Camden Sapp, Jerry Sapp and Alda Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, John William Spiker Jr. (Jalinda) of Howesville, Harry Spiker (Sandra) of Kingwood and Rodney Spiker; her daughter-in-law Wendy of Tunnelton; her grandchildren, John William Spiker III (Kara), Shantel Persinger (Jeremy), Sabrina Spiker, Jalina Spiker, Selina Spiker and Brianna Taylor (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Maverick, Jensen, Liam and Hudson; and her sisters, Joyce Blake (Nelson) of Maidsville, Linda Sigley (Terry) and Nillia Sapp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bolyard Funeral Home & Cremation (79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV 26410). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
