He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Mankins (Fariss); his children, Paul Reed Mankins of Kingwood and Jennifer Maureen Mankins (Justin Collin) of Charleston; his granddaughters, Grace Mankins and Holly Mankins; and his great grandchild Selena Guadalupe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
