She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hayes and Mona May Hayes (Duggers); her husband Wayne Bowlby; and her siblings, Wayman Hayes, Franklin Hayes, Clarence Hayes, Alvie Hayes, David Hayes, Beatrice Criss and Susan Alban.
She is survived by: her son William Shaver; her stepdaughters, Pamela Hayes and Donna Higgs; her siblings, Barbara Ringsletter, Jane Teach and Russell Hayes (Pam); her caregiver Edgar Amos Jr.; and her pet Taz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
