He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Emory and Naomi Loraw Weaver; his sister Delores Deverick; his brothers-in-law, John R. and Robert Deverick; and his granddaughter Charlotte Albert.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Weaver (Wiles); his daughters, Leigh Ann Holstein (Jerry) and Tracy Albert (Anthony); his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Thoryn, Irelyn, Rowyn Holstein and Emory Albert; his sister Donna; his sibling's children, Chrystal Deverick of Lorain, OH, Kymm Dumke of Lorain, OH, Lori Funk (Larry) of Tunnelton and Eric; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Darrin Deverick (Elizabeth) of Vermilion, OH, Nicholas Forrider (Morgan), Kara Harned, Nate Kreuger and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
