He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Miller and Gladys Miller. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lee Ballard-Miller; and his children, Melissa Miller-Stewart (Joseph), Amanda Lee Miller-Muncy (Douglas) and Phillip Andrew Miller. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
