He is survived by: his parents, Leo Richard Boggs Sr. and Betty Jo White Boggs; his daughter Kimberly Marie Boggs; and his siblings, Linda Boggs of Uneeda, WV, Randy Boggs of Hillsboro, WV and Leo Richard Boggs II of Powell, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Brown's Branch Freewill Baptist Church (5633 Chap Rd, Gordon, WV 25093). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Mid-Ferrell Cemetery.
