She is survived by : her sons, Patrick Thomas of Ronceverte, WV and Jason Thomas of Sinks Grove, WV; her grandchildren, Tayona Thomas, Jackson Thomas and Roman Thomas; her siblings, Elby Lephew of Union, WV, Tommy Lephew (Lois) of Sinks Grove, WV and Linda Elmore (Kenny) of Sinks Grove, WV; and her former life partner Wayne Thomas of Sinks Grove, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
