He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Bland Wickline; his children, Brad Wickline and Melissa Wickline (Larry Clevenger); his grandchildren, Kristin Chittum (Matthew), Bradley Wickline, Timothy Hamilton (Kendall) and Jackson Williams; and his stepgrandsons, Nathaniel and Nicholas Clevenger. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
