He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Franklin Scott and Margie Wilfong Scott; and his siblings, Darrell, Hubert, Clyde, Raymond, Dover Scott, Ellen Falkenberg and Opal Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wickline Scott; his daughter Heather Scott; and his sister Lida Anderson of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
