He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hunter and Glenna Catherine Carper Booth; his wife Judy Long Booth; his in-laws, Homer C. and Edith Wilson Long; his brother Barry Booth; and his great-nephew Ian Dransfield.
He is survived by: his children, Greg (Christine Brooks) and Sharon; and his sister-in-law Dianna Painter Booth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
