He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy P. McCullough and Elsie Crowder McCullough; and his siblings, Gertie McCullough, Sara King, Johnny McCullough and James "Hoss" McCullough.
He is survived by: his son William "Billy" McCullough; his siblings, Herman McCullough, Claude McCullough, Leon McCullough (Linda) and Janet Truelove; his nieces and nephews, Randy McCullough, Mark McCullough, John McCullough Jr., David McCullough, Dustin Hersman, Danny King, Billy King, Alice Hersman, Arlene McCullough, Dreama Hoke, Annette Bobbitt, Sharon Shaver Ridgeway and Hillary Hersman; and his great-niece Tisha Bowers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lindside Healthcare Center Activity Department, 10797 Seneca Trail South, Lindside, WV 24951 (checks to be made out to: Friends of Silver Ministry).
