He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe R. Mann of Talcott and Betty Joe Nelson Mann of Talcott; his wife Kathy Ellard Mann; and his sister Debbie Bower of Talcott. He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy (Charley Mirable), Mona (John Eskew) and Jenny (Todd Massey); his brother-in-law Eddie Bower; his nieces, Lindsey and Lauren; and his mother-in-law Kitty Ellard (Colleen Holliday).
