He is survived by: his wife Jonna Mullins of Alderson, WV; his children, Nathan Mullins (Kathryn) of Clearfork, WV and Jackie Mullins of Cary, NC; his stepchildren, Patrick Christian, Brandon of Madison, WV, Randall Christian (Savannah Gillespie) of Gilbert, WV, Megan Hatfield (Brandon) of Gilbert, WV and Summer Christian (Shawn Clark) of Logan, WV; his siblings, Danny Mullins (Amanda), Neida Coleman, Rachel Hall (Pete) and Jean Younce; and his grandchildren, Abigail Mullins of Clearfork, WV and Timothy Daniels of Clearfork, WV.
