She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Marie Bland Starcher and Alton Starcher of Parkersburg; her sisters, Carolyn Justine Starcher of San Pedro, CA and Janet Ramona Starcher Holliday of Newark, OH.; and her nephew James McCoy.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Allen Fetty; her children, Amber Renee Fetty Harrison of Sweet Springs, WV, Kimberly Ann Fetty of Charleston, WV, Michael Allen Fetty and Beverly Dare Fetty of Lewisburg, WV.; her grandchildren, Wesley Fetty Haynes (Dawn Riley) of Morgantown and Meredith Jill Fetty Haynes of Charleston; her great grandchild William Rhett Haynes of Charleston; her sisters, Roberta Rae Starcher McCoy of Big Springs, WV and Beverly Ann Starcher Prince of Parkersburg, WV.; and her nieces and nephews, John, Mary, Tyler (Lynn), Charlie Holliday (Tracey), Michelle McCoy Hatfield and Ann-Marie Prince Sweeten (Mike).
