He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lephew; his daughters, Brittany Radford (Shaun) of Pembroke, VA and Ashley Lephew of Sinks Grove, WV; his grandchildren, Kendall of Pembroke, VA, Kayden of Pembroke, VA and Kyler Radford of Pembroke, VA; and his siblings, Elby James Lephew of Union, WV, Tommy Lephew (Lois) of Sinks Grove, WV, Linda Elmore (Kenny) of Sinks Grove, WV and Betty Thomas of Lewisburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to help with final expenses.
