She was predeceased by : her parents, Betty "Geraldine" Simms (Wickline) and Ralph E. "Ada" Simms; and her brother Jim Morgan. She is survived by : her husband Roger Kubes; her daughters, Jenny Ewing (Dave) of Roanoke, VA. and Melissa Leibnitz (Greg Katen) of Bayard, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Ryley, Cole, Maija, Paige and CJ; and her siblings, Sharon "Gayle" Simms Legg (Frank), Dale Simms (Tina), Ralph Simms (Angela), Dreama Mays (Gary) and Buck Morgan (Beverly). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
