It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marie Davis Howell (Valley Bend, West Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Howard Davis and Eleanor Marie Shroyer Davis; and her sister-in-law Connie Leary Davis. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Marie Bennett of Norton and Christina Ann Bennett of Independence; her granddaughter Hailey Marie Nestor of Morgantown; her siblings, Sharon K. White (Jerry) of Elkins and Howard "Gene" Davis of Beverly; her siblings' children, Tim White, Lisa White, Cindy Hardy and Susan Jenkins; her pets, Missie, George and Little; the father of her children Richard Bennett of Beverly; Becky and Jim Fletcher. She is also survived by daughter, her church family that meant the world to her, special friends.
