She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Herbert Rhea and Mary Oleta Lindsay Rhea; her husband Virgil Moore; and her brothers, Frank Zerron Rhea and Ronnie Lynn Rhea.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Jo Bodkins (Ronnie) of Valley Head, WV and Angela Kay Shockey (Dale) of Mabie, WV; her sister Sherlene Rhea of Valley Head, WV.; her grandchildren, Timothy Daniels (Tausha) of Morgantown, Derrick Bodkins (Liz Blackburn) of Dailey and Kelsey Longbon (Josh) of Mabie; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Bodkins, Khallie Bodkins, Jace Blackburn, Liam Connelly, Beckett Longbon and Ryker Longbon.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made in Thelma's name to the Mingo Cemetery, 28558 Seneca Trail, Valley Head, WV 26294.
