He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Lee Chenoweth Sr. and Beverly Lynne Sponaugle Chenoweth of Talladega, Alabama.; his children, Kanisha Wine, Madalynn and Brenna Mae Chenoweth; his siblings, Dennis "DJ" Chenoweth Jr., Matthew "Matt" Chenoweth (Lisa) and Isabeau Chenoweth; and his siblings' children, Alyna Rose Chenoweth and Ethan Chenoweth.
