He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Hopkins and Fern McLain Hopkins; his wife Karen Hopkins; his brother James P. Hopkins; his sister-in-law Carol Hopkins; and his nephew Mathew Plate.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Rector (Dottie Osburn); his grandchildren, Breanna Rector (Hunter), Alexander Rector and Britney Rector (Cody); his great grandchildren, Leiraya Blankenship, Paisley Mendenhal and Athena Kelly; his sister Tamela Butler (James); and his pet Daisy.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to any Veterans Association or the Parkersburg Humane Society.
