Elmer leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Elmer’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Elmer will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Napier and Edna Napier; and his wife Thelma Napier (Ford). He is survived by: his children, Steven Napier (Lori), Michael Napier and Debbie Wells; his sister JoAnn Keenan; and his grandchildren, Garrett Napier (Madelyn), Gracelynn Napier and Ashley Wells.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home (3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV 26105).
