He is survived by: his wife Judi Mattern Wigal; his children, Tammy Burton (Joseph), Mark Wigal (Johni) of Parkersburg and Derek Wigal of Parkersburg; his brother Seldon Wigal Jr. of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Hannah Mersing (Jon), Jake Wigal, Monica Wigal (Matt Thompson), Taylor Willison (Ryan), Billy Thompson (Makayla), Danny Roberts (Chrissy), Ben Roberts, Katerina Hall (Tristan Wind), Jay Hall (Tori) and Christian Axman (Kacee); and his sister-in-law Betty Wigal.
