She was predeceased by : her parents, Emert Roman and Sarah Lou Ellis; her husband James H. Cook; and her brothers, Scott Ellis, Joe Ellis, Bill Ellis and Pete Ellis.

She is survived by : her sisters, Mamie Lou Blevins, Mary Hatcher, Ernestine Stultz, Ailine Spurlock and Lena Lovette; her great grandchild Lindsey; her children, Pamela Pickrell of Vienna and Jim Cook (Steve) of Vincent, OH; her sisters, Betty Chapman and Delana Hudy; her grandchildren, Caitlin Hanson (Jared), Brandon Pickrell (Tabatha), Tyler Bass (Kayla) and David Harr; and her great grandchild Jackson Vernon.
