She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Weekley and Janice Weekley; and her sister Sandra Riffle. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Delaney (Erica) of Belpre, OH and Coty Delaney (Abby) of Ridley Park, PA; her grandchildren, Abrielle Delaney, Luke Delaney, Kate Delaney and Cooper Delaney; her siblings, Mike, Frank, Calvin, Terry, Nelson, Brenda, Wilda, Karen and Jennifer; and her close friends, Charlotte Kile and Donna Seaman. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, friends.
In honor of Mindy, memorial donations can be made out to the Humane Society of Parkersburg and Amedisys Hospice in Parkersburg.
