She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Perrow (Edward) of Lilburn, GA, David Drake (Carmen), Harlan (Phyllis) of Spencer, WV and Ernest of Mineral Wells, WV.; her children, David Kirk Samuels of Vienna, Sandy Gatski of Springfield, VA, Karen Goudy and Debbie Flensborg of Washington State; her grandchildren, Katie Gatski (Leland), Jason Gatski, Brittany Lappano (David), Joseph Miller (Gina), Jessica Woodall (Luke) and Robin Shepard (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Quinten, Nixon, Seraphina and Julian. She is also survived by twenty-seven nieces and nephews.
