He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott L. Brown and Earnistine E. Bennett Brown; his son Michael Brown; and his sister Carolyn Sue Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Joyce E. Jones (Bob) of Jacksonville, FL and Garren B. Brown (Pam) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Joshua, David and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Emma and Gabriel; and his caregiver Donna Sage (Lee).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen South Cemetery (2601 14th Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
