He is survived by: his wife Diana Fields of Vulcan, WV; his daughter Renee Hurley (Eugene) of Vulcan, WV; his grandchildren, Joshua Heath Hurley (Angela), Nicholas Hurley (Tara), Zach Hurley (Lauren Jo Hurley) and Amy Wolford (Rabon); and his great grandchildren, MaKenna, Heath, Rabon, Josiah, TiCarah, Kayla, Ian, Jacob, Levi, Brooklyn and Andrew.
