He is survived by: his nephew Charles Ricky Lockhart; his children, Paul Lockhart of Mayo, FL, Julian Lockhart (Mandy) of Columbus, OH, Stevie Lockhart of Columbus, OH, Jimmy Lockhart of Vulcan, WV, Brian Casey of Georgetown, KY, Johnny Casey (Jeannie) of Vulcan, WV, Rose Lockhart Roberts of Williamson, WV and Jessica Casey of Paintsville, KY; his siblings, Marcus William Lockhart of Vulcan, WV and Virginia Lockhart Coleman of Red Jacket, WV.; and his grandchildren, Mandy, Makayla, Julian Jr., Sierra, Ariel, Stevie Jr., Harley, Isabella, Kenneth, Larry, Jimmy Jr., Christopher, Nicholas, Jonathon, River, Caleb, Annabella, Cody and Candeanna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends, and neighbors.
