He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Kay Russell Core; his grandparents, Raymond, Alma Lee Bean Russell, Russell and Hazel Rice Core; his aunts and uncles, Russell Core, Jr., Max Core, Charles "Doc" Core, Ruby Core Herr, Mary Core Stottlemire of Cameron, Maxine Core Myers, Patricia Core Shrout Furey and Norma Core; and his cousin Jared Cole Moore.
He is survived by: his father Norman Core; his sister Dawn Forsythe (Jim) of Berkeley Springs; his nephews, Erik Hartley (Jessica) of Morgantown and Jeremy Hartley (Katina) of Buckhannon; his uncles, Lloyd Moore of Homosassa, FL, Jim Core of Hundred and John; his cousins, Justin Moore (Ely), Victor Moore of Tampa, FL., David Core, Max "Eddie" Core and Sharon Core Simpson; his aunt Jackie; Mason Wyatt Hartley of Vermont and Louise Myers Novitske.
