He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Kay Cokeley Bell of Wallace and Jesse Franklin Bell; his children, Joseph Bell of Lost Creek and Chelsia Bell of Wallace; and his brothers, David W. Bell (Kathy) of Reynoldsville, James "Bruce" Bell (Natasha) of Wallace, Robert D. Bell of Meadowbrook, Michael P. Bell (Jamie) of Clarksburg and Raymond Lyle Bell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
