She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Hoffman and Margaret Hoffman (Ayers); her husband Everet Luchuck; and her children, Tammy Jo Luchuck and B. J. Luchuck.
She is survived by: her stepson Bobby Luchuck (Terry) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Lipscomb (Jeff) of Philippi, Jeffrey Santos (Danielle) of Philippi, Katie Orem (Charlie) of Shinnston and Anthony Santos (Crystal) of Morgantown; and her great grandchildren, Jace Orem, Miya Santos, Ayla Santos and Lily Santos.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home and Crematory (701 S Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431).
